1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AnalyzerHub.ai platform (the “Service”), operated by Faraz Tech, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

By accessing the Service or purchasing an AI-generated report (and any future membership plans, if offered), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy. If you do not agree, you must not use AnalyzerHub.ai.

2. Nature of Service & Important Disclaimers

AnalyzerHub.ai provides AI-generated insights for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

Reports may include personality, behavioral, communication, or wellbeing interpretations, but:

• They are NOT medical advice
• They are NOT psychological or therapeutic advice
• They are NOT diagnostic tools
• They are NOT financial, legal, or professional guidance

You must not rely on any AI-generated content to make decisions affecting your health, mental wellbeing, safety, relationships, finances, or career. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain biases. If you require medical or psychological support, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase the Service. By using the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are lawfully authorized to do so.

4. Accounts

Certain features may require an account if introduced in the future. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Resale, transfer, or sharing of accounts or licenses is prohibited.

5. Payments

• One-time purchases: AI reports are delivered instantly after successful Stripe payment.
• Future Memberships (if introduced): Subscriptions would renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You authorize Stripe to process recurring charges.
• Prices are shown in USD (or local currency) and include VAT where applicable. Faraz Tech does not store card information.

6. Trials, Renewals & Cancellations

If free trials or memberships are introduced in the future, trial periods may convert automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. You may cancel future renewals via your dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous ones.

7. Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

AI reports are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and expressly agree that:

• The digital service begins immediately
• You receive instant access to your personalized AI content
• You lose your EU/EEA “14-day right of withdrawal” for digital content once delivery begins

Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by consumer law. For issues such as duplicate charges, please contact info@faraztech.pl.

8. Data Processing, AI, and Privacy

AI Processing:
To generate your personalized report, your written responses are processed securely by a trusted third-party AI provider. We do not transmit your name, email, or account details to the AI provider unless you voluntarily include them inside free-text answers. Data sent to the AI provider is processed solely for generating your report and is not used to train or improve public AI models.

Data Retention:
• Form responses and generated reports are stored for up to 45 days and then deleted automatically
• If you request deletion, your data is erased immediately except for consent logs retained for legal compliance

User Rights (GDPR / global privacy laws):
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data at any time. You may withdraw consent for processing at any time. Please review our Privacy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, AI prompts, software, design, and branding are owned by Faraz Tech. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access your reports. Redistribution, scraping, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

10. User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful information in analyzer forms.
• Do not enter highly sensitive health or medical data.
• Do not provide personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Do not misuse, hack, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Major changes affecting subscriptions will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faraz Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. Your use of the reports is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

In all cases, Faraz Tech’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific digital product or service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. If membership plans are introduced in the future, you will be able to terminate or manage them at any time. After termination, all licenses expire and access to reports may be revoked.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Katowice, Poland, unless mandatory consumer laws of your country apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms due to legal, operational, or technical changes. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
