This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the website AnalyzerHub.ai, a product operated under the Faraz Apps brand by Faraz Tech. Other Faraz Tech products may maintain separate policies.

  • Technical logs: IP address, browser, and device details for security, fraud detection, and performance monitoring.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your written responses are processed securely by a trusted third-party AI provider solely for the purpose of generating your personalized report. We do not transmit your name, email, or account details to the AI provider unless you voluntarily include them inside free-text answers. Data processed by the AI provider is not used to train or improve public AI models.

Generated reports are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 45 days. We retain your email address and consent records solely for legal and audit purposes.

6. Processors and Third Parties

  • Payment processors: to handle secure payments and invoicing.
  • Email delivery providers: to send transactional and optional marketing emails.
  • Content delivery and security providers: to protect the website and ensure stable performance.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: to host our servers, database, and backend systems.
  • AI processing provider: to generate personalized AI reports from your form responses.
  • Analytics providers: only if you consent to analytics cookies.

7. International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure adequate protection.

  • Generated reports → deleted after 45 days.
  • Consent logs and essential email records → retained for up to 6 years for legal compliance.
  • Server logs → retained 30–180 days for security purposes.
