Refund Policy

1. General Rule

All sales of digital reports, memberships, and related services provided by AnalyzerHub.ai (operated by Faraz Tech) are final. Because our reports are generated instantly after purchase and memberships provide immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds once a payment is completed.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, by purchasing a digital report or membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You receive immediate access to the digital content upon purchase.
• You expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

During checkout, you will be asked to confirm this waiver before completing payment.

3. Membership Subscriptions

Membership plans renew automatically at the selected billing interval (monthly, yearly, etc.). You may cancel at any time through your AnalyzerHub account or Stripe Customer Portal to stop future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Technical Failures or Duplicate Payments

In rare cases where a technical issue prevents delivery of your report or duplicate payments occur, we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion after verifying the issue.

5. Payment Processor

All transactions are handled securely by Stripe. If a refund is granted, it will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
